Our story

From our soil to your soul.

We are a family farm in Sargodha, Punjab: 52 acres of peach, sugarcane, poplar / agro forestry and sugarbeet, grown and packed by us.Every batch is traced back to the field it came from, so what reaches your table is never a mystery. Grown here. Known to you. Soil to soul.

(01) Our story

A farm first, a shop second.

Every pack we sell starts in our own fields. We know which block the cane grew in, which variety it was, when it was cut and the day it was boiled — because we did it ourselves.

(02) Our philosophy

Soil to Soul

Three rules we farm by — for the gur, the fruit, the trees and the nursery alike.

Start with the soil

Healthy fields first; the crop follows.

Make it the slow way

Open pans, hand skimming, poured when it sets right.

Hide nothing

Every batch has a public record you can read.

(03) Step by step

How your gur is made

Each step is logged against the batch code on your pack.

  1. 01
    Grown

Our own blocks and known cane varieties. Sowing date and field are recorded for every batch.

  2. 02
    Harvested

Cut by hand at maturity and carted to the kolhu the same day, before it loses sweetness.

  3. 03
    Crushed

Juice is pressed on the farm, then filtered through cloth before it goes into the pan.

  4. 04
    Slow-boiled

Reduced over hours in open pans and skimmed by hand until it is ready to set.

  5. 05
    Checked

Colour, moisture and taste are checked for each batch before it can be sold.

  6. 06
    Packed & coded

Sealed and labelled with a batch code and QR, so the record travels with the pack.

(04) Team on the ground

The hands behind every pack

  • In the fields — growers who plant, water and look after the crop through the season
  • At the kolhu — the crushing and boiling team, one pan at a time
  • Packing & dispatch — who check, pack, label, send and log each step
(05) Soil health

Healthy soil, honest crops

We farm the same land season after season, so its health matters more than any single harvest. Each batch record names the field it came from, so you can follow it back to the ground it grew in.

(06) Quality checks

Every batch, on the record

A batch is only sold once its quality check has passed. The latest checks:

The first batch of the season is being made — its record will appear here.

(07) Reviews

What families say

Reviews come only from customers who received their order, and each one names the batch it's about. The first ones will appear here soon.
